I have provided counseling for children, adolescents, adults and families since 1989 and have practiced energy work since 2001.

I began studying Psychology and Social Work at New Mexico State University in 1984 and graduated with a double major in 1988.  From there I obtained a Master of Science degree in Social Work in 1992 and shortly thereafter, in 1995, I became an independent practitioner and am currently licensed as an Independent Clinical Social Worker.

I studied Quantum Dynamics (QD) for three years with Master/Teacher and Founder of QD, Jim Dvorak, to learn how the emotional body works and how to release emotional upsets, traumas and blocked emotions quickly with QD. I became an initiated QD teacher in December of 2005. I have done intensive studies with Donna Eden and David Feinstein in the areas of energy medicine and energy psychology, have trained in advanced Pranic Healing and Pranic Psychotherapy with master Stephen Co., and have done trainings Level I, II, and II on Matrix Energetics with Richard Bertlett.

I have been trained in a variety of alternative counseling techniques and tools such as Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT), Be Set Free Fast (BSFF), and Conscious Energy Breathing.

In 2000 I became a SHES Minister.  I have completed the three Degrees in the Usui System of Reiki Healing and became a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2001.

I use a holistic approach to counseling.  This approach is based on the belief that our mind, body, emotions, and spirit all interact to create our health and well-being.  To heal one part we must acknowledge and address all the others. I am devoted to assisting, coaching and supporting individuals, especially women, in their journey to complete healing, self-discovery, and spiritual evolution; to their power, wholeness and total freedom. I have an enthusiastic, warm, loving and intense commitment to assisting people in healing themselves which enables me to be a very dynamic, caring, compassionate, effective and fun practitioner.
